Interview Skills
Dear Students,
#Interviews are very important for both the Employers and YOU. Here are a few #Interview Tips for the students applying for you #First Job Interview.
# ROAR
1. #Recognize the competencies you already possess. Then Recognize the opportunities around you.
2. #Organize your thoughts and ideas as to what do you want. Most of the time students get confused here.
3. #Analyze your dreams and aspirations with the options available around and then prepare an #Action Plan.
4. #Reorganize your ideas every day, so that you remain focused despite any external influence.
Most Important aspect is your KSA. Do you have the #Knowledge about the Company you are applying to, #Good command on your academics etc. #Skills boil down to every thing that you can #DO to be recognized by the Employer - Be it your #Grooming, #Communication, #Body language, #Assertiveness and so on. #Attitude refers to that most important decision you take - Whether to Do it or Not. Nothing is #Right or #Wrong. Its how you #Percieve it.
So, go face your interviews with a #Positive Attitude. After all, you have the #Power to #Choose your #Future.
